Tech Training for the Whole Peel Region

The Peel Region is one of the most diverse areas in Western Australia — over 150,000 people spread across coastal cities, growing suburbs, heritage towns, and farming communities. That diversity is what makes this place special, but it also means tech training needs vary enormously from one household or business to the next.

A retiree in Mandurah learning to video-call their grandchildren has very different needs from a young tradie in Baldivis going paperless, or a farmer near Pinjarra getting their bookkeeping onto a computer for the first time. A one-size-fits-all training course simply doesn't work here. That's why every session we deliver is built around the individual — their goals, their devices, their skill level, and their real-world situation.

We're a Peel Region business ourselves, and we know this area inside and out. We understand the differences between coastal and inland, suburban and rural, and we've built our training service to serve every community in the region. Whether you're in the heart of Rockingham or out on a property past Dwellingup, you deserve quality tech training — and we're here to deliver it.

Tech Training Questions from Across the Peel Region

How far do you travel across the Peel Region?

We cover the entire Peel Region including Mandurah, Rockingham, Baldivis, Pinjarra, Waroona, Harvey, Dwellingup, and everywhere in between. If you're in the Peel Region, we'll come to you — just ask and we'll confirm.

I'm in a rural area with slow internet. Can you still help?

We absolutely can. We work with plenty of rural residents across the Peel Region who deal with slower connections. We'll tailor our training and tool recommendations to suit your internet speed, and plenty of what we teach can be practised offline too.

Do you offer training for community groups or small teams?

While we specialise in one-on-one training, we're happy to work with small groups of two or three people from the same business or community group. This can be a cost-effective way to upskill a small team on the same tools at the same time.

What if I need ongoing sessions over a few weeks?

That's a great approach for building skills gradually. Many of our Peel Region clients book a series of sessions — say, one a week for three or four weeks — to work through a bigger learning goal. We keep notes on your progress so each session picks up right where the last one left off.

Can you train me on industry-specific software?

In most cases, yes. We've trained people across the Peel Region on everything from farm management software and tourism booking platforms to healthcare practice management systems and mining services administration tools. If we haven't used the specific software before, we'll learn it and prepare before your session.

Is there a minimum number of sessions I need to book?

Not at all. Many people only need a single session to tackle a specific issue or learn a particular tool. Others prefer a few sessions over time. There's no minimum, no lock-in, and no pressure to book more than you need.
