How long is a training session?
Most sessions run for one hour, but we can adjust based on your needs. Some clients prefer shorter, more frequent sessions while others like to deep-dive in a longer block.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes. We offer group training sessions for small teams, either in person or online. We will tailor the content to your team's specific needs and tools.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just have the device you want to learn on ready to go. If there is specific software you want to cover, let us know in advance so we can prepare. That is it.
How much does it cost?
We offer affordable hourly rates for one-on-one sessions and package deals for multiple sessions. Get in touch and we will give you a clear quote based on what you need.
Can sessions be done remotely?
Yes. We use screen sharing tools so we can guide you through everything remotely — just as effectively as in person. All you need is an internet connection. For ongoing remote tech support, we are here for that too.
